Annual Train Day Celebration

Please plan to join LJRBA to celebrate National Train Day at our outdoor exhibit site at Lewes Junction. The site includes our beautifully refurbished caboose, PRR 477123 as well as our recently fabricated coal tender, on a length of professionally restored track bed. Directly across the trail from the caboose is a charming replica of a Lewes Passenger Station, recently completed through a collaboration of the Lewes Public Library, Art in Bloom, the City of Lewes, and Schell Brothers Builders.

There will be other RR themed talks, as well as activities and reading for children at the adjacent Lewes Public Library.
